There are two different collections of shampoos and conditioners by Giovanni - Eco Chic collection (it's more general) and the award-winning 2Chic collection (Ultra-Volume, Ultra-Moist, Ultra-Sleek - more on that later!).

This range is for more specific hair problems, which is good because they will do the job they were intended to do. To sum it all up, it does matter what you buy but why it matters will be mostly up to you. You probably want to avoid harsher shampoos just in case they do cause problems.
P/s; And the weird thing is, the colors for both the shampoos and conditioners are the exact colors of their respective bottles!

This is personally my favorite range and it's for all hair types - the shampoo is really mosturizing and the conditioner does really deep conditioning! It's even safe for coloured treated hair, like mine! My hair is really damaged from all of the dying and bleaching from salons, and it can get really frizzy at times too especially with the unbearable heat in Singapore. I also look out for anything containing Argan Oil. There are lots of conditioners, oils and treatments around with it in these days and it works wonders. It has also gained massive popularity in recent years due to it's natural antioxidants and the fact that it's packed with vitamins. I'm currently using this range and it smells delicious.
Here's how my hair condition is when I woke up! And yes, my hair is all wavy because I bun my hair up when I sleep to prevent it from becoming even more frizzy when I wake up. Besides, my hair is extremely long so I wouldn't want to get all tangled up when I sleep. All that tossing and turning causes hair to rub against your pillow, thus causing what they call ‘Pillow Friction’. When hair is ruthlessly rubbed against the surface of our pillow, our hair cuticles are opened unevenly so that when we wake up in the morning, we look like we just emerged from a catfight. Yikes.
It looks really dry even from a distance, huh? :/

Pardon the messiness because I have yet to comb my hair! But still, just look at it! No split ends since it smoothes every strand, it shines, and most of all, it smells good!!!
Just use the right amount of shampoo for your hair length, lather, rinse and apply conditioner. *Tip: if you have short hair, use only small amount of shampoo (about the size of a 10 cents coin). 50 cents coin size for average length and two 20 cents coins size if your hair is past your shoulders. And it's suitable for all as it has a wide range of products for any hair types and needs!
