"Just Breathe".

Miley Cyrus received her first ever tattoo end of last year, and while sitting down with Harper's Bazaar, Cyrus went into depth about her new ink.

The tat, which reads "Just Breathe," is in her mother's handwriting and in honor of Miley's close friend who passed away from cystic fibrosis in 2007 as well as both of her grandfathers, who passed away from lung cancer.

"It reminds me not to take things for granted, I mean, breathing—that was something none of them could do, the most basic thing," said Miley. "And I put it near my heart because that is where they will always be."
