Actress Brittany Murphy died after going into full cardiac arrested on Sunday (December 20). The 911 call was made at 8 am from her husband Simon Monjack’s home in Los Angeles. The 32 year-old was taken to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center but she was pronounced dead on arrival.
