This is hilarious, but on second thought, it's disturbing as well.
It's rather ridiculous to accept the fact that they would do such things just to promote their upcoming album.

i don’t know about you, but i personally feel bad that record companies would go as far as making their signed artists to do such embarrassing things in order to promote their upcoming album. i’m not saying it was actually the point of video, maybe i’m wrong but… you can even see this little subtle advertisement at the 16 seconds mark or so; “on june 16, the jonas brothers will release their fourth studio album”.

obviously, joe jonas dancing in heels and a bodysuit to “single ladies” by beyonce is gonna generate lots and lots of views! and lots and lots of people will then be aware that they’re already releasing another album. it’s only been 24 hours since the video has been uploaded, and it has over a million views. and here, i’m talking about it on my blog myself! so, A+ for disney?

i’m not against anyone here! just a personal opinion! i just find it fascinating how much it takes to promote new materials nowadays. and it makes sense… they are so many new artists out there, everyday. gotta get yourself noticed! not that they don’t already have millions of fans…
